How long will my order take to arrive?

Timeframe for deliveries within Ireland is 1-2 working days after the order is placed.

Can I track my order?

Yes tracking details are provided in the email we send to you when your order is complete.

Do you deliver to the UK?

Unfortunately due to Customs Issues that have arisen since Brexit  it’s not possible to deliver to the UK at the moment.

What countries do you deliver to, what are the transit times & shipping rates ?

Can I include a card?

Yes there is an option to include a message on a card at checkout

Do you include invoices or receipt with the hampers?

No a receipt is emailed to buyers emails address upon purchase but never to the recipient.

Can I ship multiple hampers to one address?

If purchasing multiple hampers to the same address we will do our best to keep one shipping charge per address but in the event it is not possible to fit all hampers in one outer box we may contact you to request an additional shipping charge is paid. We will do our best to avoid this. 

I have a large order going to multiple addresses - can I send a spreadsheet instead of placing online?

Sure! Please email the spreadsheet to info@basketcase.ie and we can look after the rest. Remember you must include a mobile phone number for each recipient.
